Master Planned Communities: Snoqualmie Ridge

View all available homes for sale in Snoqualmie Ridge Golf.

Snoqualmie Ridge is a master planned community located on the Interstate 90 corridor, just east of Issaquah. The community is built around the Jack Nicklaus Tournament Players Course. Residents enjoy several amenities, including neighborhood parks, miles of trails, retail center, and new elementary school.

The town of Snoqualmie is perched on the banks of the Snoqualmie River, and was first incorporated as a logging community in 1903. Quaint craftsman-style homes, originally built by the Weyerhaeuser Company to house its employees, line the streets in this neighborly, rural-minded town.

Snoqualmie Falls and the historic train depot are the main attractions in town. During August the community celebrates Snoqualmie Railroad Days featuring a parade, arts & crafts, live music, food, and train rides.

Owned by the Quadrant Corporation, Snoqualmie Ridge showcases several Northwest builders, including Quadrant, Burnstead, Buchan, Murray Franklyn, CamWest, and Chaffey. Homes range from condominiums and townhouses to 4000+ square foot golf course estates.
